- Inclusion: Engage in sessions that emphasize the importance of diversity and inclusion, helping you contribute to a positive and equitable workplace culture.
Development and Innovation
- Career Management: Explore career management strategies that will empower you to take charge of your professional journey and reach your long-term goals.
- Innovative Projects: Experience different aspects of Linde Engineering through cross-functional training and innovation workshops that encourage creative problem-solving and forward-thinking solutions.
Who Should Apply
- This program is engineering focused but open to all majors and degree programs.
- Graduating seniors and early-career professionals with 1-3 years of experience.
- Participants are entry-level new hires into Linde Engineering and once started, a selection process will take place to determine if those new employees are eligible for the Launch Program.
How & When to Apply
Selection: Linde Engineering new hires are reviewed holistically beginning in late September.
Kickoff: The program starts in October. Full onboarding & next steps are shared with candidates who have been selected to participate in the Launch Program at that time.

Internship Program
About the Program
Our internship program is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to jumpstart your career in a dynamic, supportive, and growth-oriented environment in a global setting. We are committed to fostering the next generation of leaders, professionals and technical experts by providing hands-on experience, professional development, and meaningful connections. Our program duration is 3 months, typically starting in May and ending in August.

Who Should Apply
- Open to all degree majors, with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering and chemical engineering.
- Current students enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university, including undergraduate and graduate students.
How & When To Apply
Apply: Summer internship applications open in September. Application links can be found in the Open Roles section below. Applications must be completed and submitted for consideration.
Selection: Applications are reviewed as they are submitted, with interviews beginning in September. Offers are extended thereafter with the final deadline being March.
Kickoff: The program starts in May. Full onboarding & next steps are shared with candidates who have accepted the offer into the internship program at that time.
